The "Me" Page
Well, I was asked to put up a little something about myself on
my page, and I'd be glad to. Only I'm not sure what to say. (NOTE: This is really old info, and I'm too lazy to update. :) I'll just stay in denial and pretend I'm still 22, hehe.)
Here goes: I'm 22 and attend Hollins University
- '02-'03 is my senior year. I went to hhigh school at Broad
Run High School (warning: their site's not updated too often, and is "student-run".).
Before that I lived in Hillsborough, NJ ('90-'97) and Richmond, VA ('80-'90).
I was on yearbook staff for 4 years (3 high school, plus here), though I don't
really have time for it any more in college. I enjoy singing, but don't really
have time for chorus either *sigh*, though I take voice lessons. I'm Circle
K club president though - that's a lot of fun. And I'm in the sci
fi and anime clubs at school.
I like top 40, country, and j-pop (Japanese pop) music (especially country - Clay
Walker's Greatest Hits is probably my favorite [store-bought] CD :) !), and listen
to almost anything (though I don't like really hard rock or most rap - my bf's
gotten me into punk though). Je parle un peu de français; j'ai finissait une classe
du literature et civilisation recemment. I made this page because I had no life,
but hey, I'm working on it. Hmm.
I give advice to people in "crisis" if you ever wanna write. I check my email
reasonably often so I'll probably get back to you pretty soon. I have some
email pals right now, my best friends from VA, NJ and a few I've never met. I
can handle "one or two" more if you'd like. Usually. (Don't get offended if I
don't write back though... I've gotten bad about coming up with stuff to say.
Questions are good :) .) Hmmm . . . what else is there to say? If you want help
making a web page and/or like mine OK you can also write me. I like helping with
that stuff. But please tell me what you need to know, or at least the basics
of what you want to do. Get a free page at Geocities
(15 [at last count] MB, and not hard for me), Fortune
City (20 MB, and harder but not bad) or Angelfire
(500 KB, but easiest for some of my friends). I have pages on each. (My

if you want anything recent, I update it a LOT more. As far as TV goes, I have
to admit I'm into WB stuff when I watch anything (I used to love Felicity, though
they cancelled WB in Roanoke and I lost track of it). Hmm. I'm a Virgo. September
14th. Oh, and last but not least, my high school friends were The
Knob Squad - as far as I've seen most of them don't even know exacly where
the name's from (I've heard different versions). They corrupted me (or at least
started it - WA², the
Hollins anime club, has made me worse) :) - I'm now an otaku. In the good sense.
Basically, anime is good :) ! (Favorite shows:
Chobits, Hand Maid May, St. Tail, Fushigi Yûgi, Serial Experiments Lain, Ah! My
Godess!, Card Captor Sakura, Ruroni Kenshin, Kodomo No Omocha, Mammotte Shugogetten,
and pretty much everything else I've seen ^_^;; *knows she's forgetting something*.)
Movies: I'm a sucker for most romantic comedies... Notting Hill, Runaway Bride,
etc. But I also love a lot of sci-fi and some that I couldn't put in a category...
Erin Brockovich was awesome! So, um, what else do you wanna know? Let me know
